Andrew Mercy – CEO & Founder

Andy oversees the vision and strategy of AngelPoints, which has rapidly become the market leader in on-demand corporate volunteer management and employee engagement, particularly volunteer management, to the Fortune 1,000. Before founding AngelPoints, Andy led business development for a software company that was acquired by InfoSpace in 2000. From 1997-1999, Andy was with the Corporate & Venture Services Group at the investment banking firm Robertson Stephens. He has lived in Senegal, Africa studying rural farming practices, taught skiing in Colorado and spent 40 nights on an Alaskan glacier -- all experiences which have shaped his vision for AngelPoints. His dedication to community service includes leading adventure-based wilderness trips for high-risk youth and sponsoring a student at UC San Francisco. Andy graduated from Macalester College with a B.A. in English, holds an M.A. from the University of Colorado and received a doctoral fellowship from the University of California, Berkeley.

Reade Frank – Chief Operating Officer

Reade has been the COO for AngelPoints since 2002. Prior to joining AngelPoints, Reade led Marketing and Corporate Development efforts for Destiny WebSolutions, an Internet consulting firm focused on the financial services market. While at Destiny, Reade was instrumental in securing top financial institutions as clients and growing the business approximately 200% per year. Prior to Destiny, Reade worked for Chemical Securities in corporate finance and received his B.A. from Yale University. Among Reade’s numerous volunteer activities, he is actively involved with his high school’s regional alumni committee.

Jeff Rudy – Executive Vice President, Product & Security

Prior to joining AngelPoints, Jeff was VP of Engineering of Kenai Systems, a supplier of SOA based security solutions and tools. This included the development of Kenai’s award winning eXamine product line. Prior to Kenai, Jeff was VP of Product Management and Strategic Alliances for PlaceWare, which was acquired by Microsoft. Other positions include Vice President of Research and Development at Borland International where he was responsible for all of R&D and technical support. Jeff Rudy has also held senior engineering management positions at Tandem Computers and Digital Equipment Corporation. Jeff received his bachelor of science in mathematics and computer science from Carnegie-Mellon University and has successfully completed studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kirstin Falk – Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO of AngelPoints, Kirstin Falk oversees the Client Services team and the branding and marketing strategy of the company and its products. Kirstin has held a range of leadership positions. As CEO of New Progressive Coalition, she founded and managed a technology company that provided online products, analysis, and services to help people make smarter political and charitable giving decisions. Kirstin oversaw all aspects of marketing and fundraising for NDN as VP of National Development. She served as Assistant Director at Emily’s List, the largest PAC in the country, managing the operations of Major Gifts and Research. Kirstin has also worked with Planned Parenthood Mar Monte and the Democratic Leadership Council to create and implement membership and fundraising strategies. She spent over four years working in portfolio management at Levensohn Capital Management and Van Kasper Advisers.
