Maureen Mulvihill, Grainger

Maureen Mulvihill was named Community Affairs Manager in February 2006. In this role she is responsible for corporate and local community relations initiatives. While at Grainger, Ms. Mulvihill has been instrumental in the development and oversight of the company’s signature Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs including Ready When the Time Comes, an employee volunteer program, and, the Grainger Tools for TomorrowSM scholarship program, which supports technical education.  Additional responsibilities include coordination of CSR activities for Grainger’s international businesses.

Prior to joining Grainger, Ms. Mulvihill served in the non-profit field for five years, most recently as a fundraising consultant for Latz Bruni Partners, LLC, a boutique social services, religious and education-based consultancy. She also held roles of increasing responsibility in the resource development department at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, overseeing some of the chapter’s largest fundraising events as Manager, Donor Relations and Special Events.
