This release we're focused on fine tuning our application to make sure it's delivering the most value to the 3 million plus employee volunteers that use it. Plus, what better time to release these enhancements than right before National Volunteer Week (NWV), which is our busiest time of the year.
Detailed Participation Report -- We pride ourselves in the ability to deliver the reports you need to make your program a success. We've enhanced the Participation Report to include a way for you to download more information about events. Now group managers, event managers and system managers can download in Excel a "Detailed Participants Report", which includes extra fields like the title of the events your group participated in, a short description of the events, the event type, whether the volunteer was an employee or friend or family and much more!
New File Manager -- Have any last minute files you need to let your volunteers know about? Now you can attach files when you promote an event! Plus, you can also attach files when you copy/clone an event..so attach away!
