File Manager -- Now your volunteers don't have any excuses for not receiving any waivers or liability forms. Just say "it's in the event!"
In our last release, we gave the file manager feature to System Managers. Now, we leveled the playing field and expanded it to Group Managers. Now they can play with this feature when they create and edit events! The File Manager creates a quick and easy way to include links to the files that you upload. Just click the little document icon within the event description and either choose from the list of files previously uploaded or upload a new file of your own. The title of the file will be inserted into your event description and a link created to the file itself. It's that easy.
We've also included a top of the line virus scanner to examine every file uploaded to your site. You can rest assured that no one will accidentally spread a computer virus through the files your managers upload.
Participation Report -- We've also included a useful feature in the Participation Report for System Managers. It is now downloadable. Its worth repeating. The Participants report is now downloadble! Now System Managers can get every detail behind their employee volunteers in a snazzy downloadble report. This new participation report includes each and every volunteer event your employees have been involved with (based on the report filters you use).
