Implementation
Account Managers work directly with the client to ensure that the first, critical phase (software implementation) is handled professionally, on time, and to the client's satisfaction. Implementation includes creation of a project plan, clearly detailing key objectives from both AngelPoints and the client to ensure that all milestones are met. Account Managers also use industry leading Best-Practices to ensure that clients learn from other organizations' successes and mistakes.
Training
AngelPoints has the most comprehensive training services available in the industry. Training sessions are delivered in a number of mediums including virtual training, on site training, recorded training, and more. AngelPoints even supports Train-the-Trainer initiatives to help our clients become AngelPoints specialists within their own organization. Our client success team is comprised of experienced training specialists, ensuring that every training session is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
