From the moment you join AngelPoints, your dedicated Account Manager is there for you. Your Account Manager will work closely with your team to develop and execute a launch and implementation plan tailored to your organization's specific goals and needs; train your team; conduct periodic check-ins to ensure your program is on track; share best practices; and schedule your maintenance and upgrades. In addition, your Account Manager serves as your voice within AngelPoints, communicating needs throughout the organization and making sure you are informed of any changes.
AngelPoints provides comprehensive online, email, and telephone Customer Support. AngelPoints clients receive Standard support as part of their initial package. Gold and Platinum options are also available.
