Date/Time: Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. PDT
System Administrators: If you are one of the main drivers of this program and are responsible for site content (the welcome page, about pages, etc.), events and more, then the whole training is for you! Check and see by logging on and seeing if you have the sub menu link Setup on the Manage page; if so, then you have this access level.
Group Managers: If you have the ability to create and manage events, run reports, then you have this access level. Doublecheck by logging in: if you don’t have the Setup link, then you can come at 9:40am.
What to bring: Questions and actual event content that you'd like to share and enter into the system. You need to be logged into your account during the training and have both the login screen and the GoTo Meeting screens open when we begin.

* A web connection logged into your AngelPoints site
* The GoTo Meeting info from the email we send (after you sign up)
* Any questions and examples, events to enter, news to update, etc.

* Something to take notes as needed
3) How do I know what level I am?
See the access level descriptions above under “Who should attend?”
4) How many trainings can I attend?
As many as you'd like; we host them every week. Simply sign up to let us know you're coming.
5) Who all will be there?
We are so passionate about helping you make a difference in the world that we allow all of our clients to attend whenever they'd like to join.
6) What about training for Event Managers?
This is where you come in! During our training sessions, we will give System Administrators and Group Managers the knowledge and tools to be able to train your staff on events.....
7) What if I have a standing company meeting at that time that I can't miss?
