New Study Released by Boston College Examines CSR Technology Vendors

Recently, a survey conducted by The Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship rated us #1 in over 65% of the categories, including client satisfaction, usability, reporting accuracy, customer support, innovation and more. The report polled individuals that have used employee volunteering/giving technology applications within the last two years. We couldn't be more excited with the results and we appreciate all of you who took the time to share your honest feedback. While it was rewarding for us to rank so high, we acknowledge that there are some areas where we can improve.

Here are a couple of ways that we're making AngelPoints even better for you:

  • Resources - Some of you have expressed the need for us to have more engineering resources to make EVSā„¢ even more robust. We have heard this feedback and have recently hired three additional positions in product and client services and are actively adding to our engineering team.
  • Product Roadmap Visibility - To provide more visibility into our agile product roadmap, we've decided to beta a client "Quarterly State of the Product Call" in Q4. We'll be providing product updates about our recent accomplishments and what's in store for future releases. Stay tuned for more details.
